You may be returning to your workplace for the first time in a while which means returning to your commute. and the Commuter Stores are here to help you with transit ticket and pass orders and travel planning.


  • If you have a recurring order set up, check it to make sure your Electronic SmartBenefits (ESB) amount is still accurate. Prices on MARC passes increased last year.
  • Contact your Benefit Administrator to verify that your ESB funds are active and ready for use.
  • Check your SmarTrip account to verify your ESB funds have been allocated to, not the MARC or VRE selections.
