Managing Your Recurring Order

Editing, Temporarily Suspending, or Canceling a Recurring Order

Choose "Manage Account" from the menu. If you have not logged in, you will be asked to do so. Once logged in, you will see a list of Recurring Orders on the "Manage Account" page. Click "View" to see an expanded list of your recurring orders. Each Recurring Order has an "Update Recurring Order" button. After clicking the "Update Recurring Order" button the pop-up detail window includes a "Change Pass" button that you can use to make changes to the details of your recurring order, such as changing the origin and destination points, instead of deleting an existing order and starting over again. You will also be able to temporarily suspend the order. Click "Update Recurring Order" to save changes. There is also a "Cancel Recurring Order" button here to permanently cancel the order.

Note that if you are changing your SmartBenefits promise the system will only allow you to promise as much as you have allocated to CommuterDirect at WMATA.
